This week we are in Ikaatini in Machakos county and we are visiting farmer Petronila Mutiso.
Petronila collects surface runoff and pumps the water onto her farm. She uses sprinkling and flooding and needs to transition to drip irrigation. She keeps kienyeji chicken, she would like to expand her shed and business and venture into chilli farming.
