Welcome to our 15th season of Shamba Shape Up!
This week we are in Muranga County visiting a young farmer Judy Nyambura.
As a young farmer, she was introduced to chicken farming by an inlaw and has grown. She just ordered 600 chicks and has 400 hens. She has cows and a pig. She is making maximum use of a small space.
We are learning about:
- Getting healthy day-old chicks.
- The Right feeding ratio for your dairy cows and chicken.
- Planting using organic fertilisers
