Welcome to Shamba Shape Up Series 16!
This week we are in Ngelani in Machakos and we are visiting two sisters Pamela and Nisha.
The two sisters started farming on this land 2 years ago. They took it up after they lost their brother who was running the farm, it was inherited form their father. They decided to put work into it, learning as they went. They have concentrated on poultry and crops. 500 layers. Egg production is at 75%. They have had serious challenges as they learn through mistakes.
We are learning about:
