This week we’re in Chudakwa in Eastern province and we are meeting another super smart woman, Farmer Elita Mwale.
Elita is married to Sauti Manda and they live in eastern province.
Sauti works in the town, so Elita is the one running the farm during the day. The farm covers 10 hectares.
The main crops are maize, soya beans and ground nuts. They also have 10 chicken and 7 cows.
We are learning about:
